As a founding partner, Matthew has been involved with Fresh Capital since its inception in 2012. He focuses on the development of new assets, from acquisition and debt/equity syndication through construction and stabilization. In addition to development work, he also oversees the finances of Fresh Capital's operating portfolio.
J. Matthew Bodnar
Forbes “30 Under 30”, called a “Rising Restaurateur Star” by the National Restaurant Association and a “Strategy Pro” by Restaurant Hospitality Magazine, Matt is a partner at Fresh Hospitality and a founding partner of Fresh Capital. His career began at Goldman Sachs in New York City. His focus is on deal-making, structuring transactions, and strategy.
Nicholas M. Cesnik
B.S. in Accounting and Business Law from Pennsylvania State University
Nicholas advises on the acquisition, development, and financing of new assets, provides management and oversight on the day-to-day operation of stabilized assets, and pursues opportunities to ensure the continued growth of Fresh Capital. He has a CRE focused public accounting background with PwC and numerous years of asset and portfolio management experience.
Michael S. Tidwell
MBA from Vanderbilt Owens School of Business
Mike spent eight years in senior public account experience at Ernst & Young, was the Senior Executive for Captain’s D’s Restaurant as well as the largest Captain D's franchisee, and currently serves on the Fresh Board of Directors.
